Redhead (Aythya americana)  Ducks at Pymatuning Reservoir, along the causeway bridge, January.

A large flock of ducks, mergansers, geese, and gulls were on some unfrozen open water.

Spring migration is a great time to visit The Pymatuning Hartstown Complex. Many different species of ducks and other wetland birds can be found here.
It is listed as an Important Bird Area in Western Pennsylvania. USA
